Covid-19 Policy

At Davis Family Medicine, we are committed to ensuring the safety of all patients, staff, and visitors. All patients are required to complete a COVID-19 screening prior to their visit, and we encourage the use of tele-health when appropriate. Masks must be worn at all times in the clinic, and physical distancing will be maintained in waiting areas. Patients should arrive alone unless an essential caregiver is needed, and hand sanitizing stations are available throughout the clinic. If you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, have had recent exposure, or tested positive, please reschedule your appointment and follow public health guidelines for isolation.
